Return and Shipping Policy

Here at Waist Cincher Wholesale, we want you to succeed as a Shapewear Distributor; that’s why we offer a 15-day No Hassle Returns or exchange policy.  If we send you the wrong item (we know!, we make mistakes too), wrong size?, wrong color? defective product?. We will exchange the product for you, free of charge.

Please take into consideration these:

– We request to receive the product (or at least have shipping confirmation) 15 days after the purchase was made. There is enough time to check if there was a problem with your order. Please let us know at or call us to (936) 207-4051 as soon as you find a problem. We will work it out. No worries

– This return policy does not include products sold  as “Fire Sale”. Prices on “Fire sale” are incredible low so sales are final.

– Product sent back to us, MUST be unworn merchandise, with all tags still attached for refund or exchange.

– All returns and exchanges are subject to quality approval prior to refund. To qualify for return or exchange, items must be received in our warehouse within 15 days of purchase in the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, with all tags still attached, and in perfect condition.
  • Items must be free of scents and marks. We kindly suggest that you do not have on perfume or deodorant when trying on garments.
  • For health reasons we ask that you wear panties when trying on garments that contain a crotch. Any garment returned used or soiled will not be eligible for return and will be shipped back to you.

– Please allow up to 7 business days from our receipt of item to process the exchange.  Buyer pays shipping cost for size exchanges.

– Typical processing time for refunds is 7 business days from the time your package arrives at our warehouse. All returned or unclaimed orders will be credited to the original card used for purchasing.

– Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please be aware it may take up to 1 billing cycle before you see this refund as a credit.

– Returned merchandise that doesn’t meet the above conditions is subject to a 50% restocking of the price paid per unit. We can send back the returned merchandise charging only shipping cost if you prefer.

Shipping Policy

Free USPS Priority shipping for select items applies to shipments within the 48 contiguous states. Standard rates will apply to all other orders.

We will exchange returnable products within 30 days of purchase. All products non-eligible for return will be marked online with a caption reading “All sales for the item are final and non-returnable.” To return a qualified item, just mail your item back to us at:

3. The reason you are requesting a return.

How long does it take to receive my order?
If we have your items in stock, DoubleTake items ship in one to two business days, but usually the same day if the order is received before 11:00 am CST (excluding holidays or weekends). Packages will arrive in about 3-7 business days after they are shipped. Please allow 5-7 additional business days for orders going to military addresses as they are considered international orders.

For ground shipping, please allow 3-7 business days to receive your order. We will ship the order the same day if we receive it on a business day before 11:00am CST.

Place your order on second day delivery? Your item will arrive either the next business day or the second business day after shipment. Orders placed after 11:30am CST ship the next business day. All orders are proudly shipped from Conroe, Texas, 77384.

For PO Boxes or APO addresses, make sure you select USPS as a shipping method. All delivery times shown are estimates. Weekends and Holidays are excluded from shipping times.

We estimate shipping costs, so they may vary based on order size and weight, destination, and your personal shipping preference. USPS does not guarantee arrival dates of packages. Transit begins the first business day after an order is shipped. Unfortunately shipping costs cannot be refunded for packages delayed due to adverse weather conditions.

Track your package
Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. It contains a tracking number you can use to track your package at for FedEx orders and for USPS orders. All orders are provided with a tracking number when the order ships. If you have not received your package, you have 15 days to contact us after the tracking information shows that it has been delivered. We will then further investigate your claim.

International orders (Outside of the USA)

DoubleTake Shapewear offers International Shipping by USPS in partnership with Fedex Express you will be send a confirmation email to the email address you provided. It contains a tracking number you can use to track your package at All orders are provided with a tracking number when the order ships. Please be aware of transit time that it may take from 10-15 business days, sometimes up to a month depending on country. Shipping Cost is calculated during checkout depending on your address and the quantity of items in your cart.
